Shipping

All our bikes are free shipped within EU. For now you are just going to be able to buy from inside the EU so VAT is always inlcuded in the price. If you want to cancel the order, we can do it until before we ship it, afterwards you will need to proceed with a return. For small items shipping costs are 6,95€ within EU.

You can find the tracking number in your orders shipping confirmation email. You can track your shipment here on our site.

Payment

You can use Stripe with a credit or a debit card or using your PayPal account. If you prefer bank transfer, contact us to arrange it, please.

Most credit cards such as VISA, Mastercard and American Express are accepted. If you have any problems please contact us.

Returns

We offer a 30-day period to return any item you bought. Remember that the items must be kept in the original packaging in order to return them, don't throw away the box!

In case you need to return an item, please contact us to arrange the shipping and refund or the solution that fits you best. In order to accept the return, all items must be unused and in original packaging. Please keep the box and packing materials!  We are not responsible for any damage that may occur while returning the goods. Once the product gets to our premises, it will be inspected in order to decide if it is elegible to return. In case it is, we will figure out with you the best solution, a new item that fits you, a refund or a discount for a different item.
